“Tina exemplifies
our culture of integrity, compassion, accountability, respect, and
excellence,” stated Gerald R. Cayer, LCHS Chief Executive Officer.
“Her compassion and knowledge positively impact the lives of patients and coworkers

Tina and the 2024

Year celebratory event on Friday, February 28, 2025. LCHS staff voted

The coworker who
nominated Tina as Employee of the Month stated, “Tina goes above and beyond
and takes on additional team roles. She is passionate about wound care and
cares about the proper healing and care of our patients and

family members and is not afraid to use tough love when necessary.
Nursing Home residents, family members, and staff respect her knowledge and
recommendations and highly praise her interactions. As a result of Tina’s
dedication, the facility has seen significant improvements in the healing
of wounds.”
According to
Tina, “The award was unexpected, and I am honored and humbled to be
recognized by my coworkers and the organization. LCHS has amazing people in
all the various departments. Every LCHS healthcare team member brings their
unique skills and perspectives to the table, which fosters excellent
patient care. I am grateful to be a part of such a wonderful
group of hard-working people who support each other and strive to give their
best to our patients, residents, and community.”
“We are so lucky
to have Tina on our team,” stated LCHS Staff Development Coordinator Emily
