NOTICE:
The Board of
Legislators will meet on Tuesday, March 4, 2025 at
4:00p.m. in the Courthouse 2nd Floor Legislative Board Chambers, Lowville,
NY for a Closed Hearing pursuant to MHL§ 41.11. The regular Legislative
Board meeting will begin at 5:00 p.m. at the same location. Enclosed are proposed
resolutions for action. Any other business may be conducted.
There will be a
hearing for public comments on:

The request and recommendations of the Lewis County Agricultural and
Farmland Protection Board, for inclusion of the parcel located in the Town
of Greig, Tax Map Parcel No. 291.00-02-23.110 owned by William and Millie
McLaughlin, (approximately 163.4 acres).
