expected. Total snow accumulations 4 to 7 inches.
* WHERE...Wayne,
Northern Cayuga, Oswego, Jefferson, Lewis, and Ontario Counties.
* WHEN...From 7
PM this evening to 1 PM EST Sunday. The majority of
the snow accumulation and greatest impact to
travel will be from mid evening through early Sunday morning.

IMPACTS...Travel will be difficult with snow covered and slippery road
conditions and reduced visibility.
