ADVISORY IN EFFECT FROM 4 AM TO 10 PM EST THURSDAY...
* WHAT...Mixed
precipitation expected. Total snow and sleet accumulations of up to 2
across most of the area. Higher amounts across the Tug Hill of 2 to 4
inches. Ice accumulations up to one tenth of an
inch. Winds could gust as high as 35 mph.
* WHERE...The
Eastern Lake Ontario Region.
* WHEN...From 4
AM to 10 PM EST Thursday.
* IMPACTS...Plan
on slippery road conditions. The hazardous conditions will impact the
Thursday morning and evening commutes.
* ADDITIONAL
DETAILS...Precipitation will fall mainly as snow but could mix with a
little sleet before changing over to some freezing drizzle.
