 * WHAT...Heavy mixed precipitation
expected. Total snow and sleet accumulations 6 to 13 inches and ice
accumulations up to a third of an inch. Winds gusting as high as 45 mph
Sunday afternoon and Sunday night.

WHERE...Jefferson and Lewis Counties.
* WHEN...Until 1
AM EST Monday.
 * IMPACTS...Power outages and tree
damage are possible due to the ice and strong winds. Travel could
be very difficult.
