* WHAT...Heavy lake effect snow expected. Total snow
accumulations 9 to 18 inches in the most persistent lake snows. Winds
gusting as high as 50 mph.

County.
* WHEN...From 1
AM Monday to 6 AM EST Wednesday.
* IMPACTS...Heavy lake effect snow possible. Travel could be nearly
impossible in areas of blowing snow with reduced visibility. The hazardous
conditions could impact the Monday morning and evening commutes.

ACTIONS…Heavy snow will fall in relatively narrow bands. If traveling, be
