Lowville Man Arrested on Drug Possession and AUO
Charges in City of Watertown

Watertown, NY- The Jefferson
County Sheriff’s Office arrested a Lowville man on Tuesday night in the
city of Watertown.
Deputies report
that Dustin A. Spencer, 31, was charged with one count of Criminal
Possession of a Controlled Substance in the fourth degree (a class C
felony) and one count of Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle
(an unclassified misdemeanor) in the city of Watertown at 10:12 p.m. on
Tuesday night.
According to the
arrest documents, Mr. Spencer was “knowingly in possession of a white crystal-like
substance weighing 10.63 grams, which field tested positive for fentanyl
and methamphetamine.” He was held for a scheduled arraignment in Watertown
City Court on February 26.
