Snow Belt Housing
Co., a nonprofit housing agency based in Lowville, NY, is seeking an
Executive Director to lead its efforts in serving Lewis County. The ideal
candidate will have a background in affordable housing, management, and
nonprofit operations. This position provides leadership, vision, and
strategic direction under the guidance of the Board of Directors.
Responsibilities include fostering relationships with local, state, and
federal agencies, preparing the annual agency budget, supervising staff,
developing program guidelines, managing contracts, and securing funding
from various sources. Qualifications: 2+ years of management
experience; strong background in nonprofit leadership and grant writing preferred, excellent written and verbal
communication skills. This is a full-time position offering a competitive
benefits package. Salary range: $48,000 to $65,000, depending on
