WARNING IN EFFECT FROM 7 PM THIS EVENING TO 6 AM EST TUESDAY...
 * WHAT...Heavy snow expected.
Total snow accumulations 4 to 8 inches. Winds
gusting as high as 55 mph will result in significant blowing snow and
greatly reduced visibility at times.
* WHERE...The
Eastern Lake Ontario Region.
* WHEN...From 7
PM this evening to 6 AM EST Tuesday.

IMPACTS...Whiteout conditions are possible and will make travel treacherous
and potentially life-threatening. Travel will be difficult. Areas of
blowing snow will significantly reduce visibility. Strong winds will cause
extensive tree damage and power outages.
PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS
ACTIONS...Widespread accumulating snow will create dangerous travel
conditions.
