Central School: CLOSED Today
*Jefferson
Community College: Campus is now CLOSED due to inclement weather. All
classes are cancelled. Faculty/Staff do not report.
*Lewis County
Court/NYS Courts: Due to inclement weather conditions all State Courts
at the Lewis County Courthouse (7660 State Street, Lowville) including the
Supreme & County Courts, Family Court, and Surrogate’s Court, and the
Lewis County Commissioner of Jurors Office will be conducting emergency
operations beginning at 2:30 PM today (12/12/24). Physical access to the
Court facility will be curtailed. Emergency matters will be handled
virtually. For emergency matters call 315-570-2440. This information
relates only to New York State courts. Please check with your local Town,
Village or Federal court for information on those courts.

Government: All County offices will be closing at 2:00 PM Today for
non-essential personnel.
*Lewis County
Office for the Aging: The following meal sites and surrounding home
delivered routes will be closed: Lowville, Harrisville, Croghan, and
Copenhagen. (Lyons Falls Site and routes are planning
to operate as usual.)
* Lowville Academy & Central School will be closing
at 12:35 today with no PM PreK or BOCES. Tonight's concert will be
rescheduled to a date TBD.
* Lowville Free Library: Closing early
at 2 PM Today
*South Lewis
Central School: No After School Activities/Sports
* Town of Denmark Clerk's Office: CLOSED Today
* Town of Diana: Zoning Committee meeting scheduled for
tonight has been canceled due to weather.

Court: No Court Tonight; Cases Adjourned to January 9th
