NOTICE:
NOTICE OF PUBLIC
HEARING
Please take
notice that the Town of Martinsburg Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a
Public Hearing on November 14, 2024 at 9:30 AM. at 5405 Cemetery
Road, Martinsburg, NY to hear comments on the application of Kate Thisse for a Land
Use Permit to build at 6335 NYS Rt. 26 on tax parcel 258.00-01-06.200. The
present application does not meet road frontage development code
requirements. Persons wishing to appear at such
hearing may do so in person or by attorney or other representative. Written
comments will also be entertained. Anyone requiring special accommodation
to participate in the hearing should notify the town clerk (315-376-2299)
at least three business days prior to the hearing. If any questions, please
