William E. Fuller
LOWVILLE, NY- William E.
Fuller, 75, formerly of Number Four Rd., Lowville, died on Sunday, November
24, 2024, at United Memorial Medical Center in Batavia, NY after a long
illness.
He is survived by his wife, Julie A. Fuller, daughter, Tina M. Bieber and
granddaughter Olivia R. Bieber of Albion, NY, brother Bruce E. (Nora) Fuller
of Bremerton, WA, and two sisters-in-law, Nancy Fuller of Pennellville, NY and
Sharon Fuller of New Bremen, NY, and several nieces and nephews.
Born in Lowville,
NY on May 14, 1949, a son of the late Richard C. and Cecelia J. Fuller. He attended South Lewis Central School and
graduated from Lowville Academy in 1967.
He married Julie A. Dicob on February 15, 1969, and they resided on the Number Four Road for over 45 years.
William was a communicant of St. Stephen’s Church and a member of the
Knights of Columbus both in Croghan, NY.
He worked at Lyons Falls Pulp and Paper for 33 years and FiberMark for 12 years.
Throughout his life, he enjoyed hunting, fishing and trapping. He had a great love of the
woods and Beagles.
He was predeceased
by his daughter Tracey M. Graham and son-in-law David and three brothers,
Charles J. Fuller, Terry J. Fuller and Thomas E. Fuller.
William’s funeral
services will be held on Friday, November 29, 2024, beginning with a 12:15
pm Prayer Service at Scanlon Funeral Home, Croghan, followed by a 1:00 pm Mass
of Christian Burial at St. Stephen’s Church, Croghan, with the Rev. Donald
J. Manfred, Pastor, officiating.
Interment will be
at the family’s convenience in Petries Corners
Cemetery.
Calling hours will be on
Friday, November 29th from 10:15 am until the beginning of the 12:15 pm Prayer
Service at Scanlon Funeral Home.
Memorial
donations may be made to St. Stephen’s Church or the Knights of Columbus in
Croghan, NY.
