LPD: Village Man Charged with Criminal Contempt After
Alleged Violation of Court Order of Protection

Lowville, NY- On Sunday November
10th, 2024, the Lowville Police charged 29-year-old David A. Gerdon 3rd of
the Village of Lowville with (1) count of Criminal Contempt in the 2nd
degree, disobeying a court order. Gerdon had unwanted contact with the
victim on a social media account after an Order of Protection was issued by
the Lowville Town Court. He was issued an appearance ticket and will appear
back in Lowville Town Court at a later date.
