The Martinsburg
Planning Board will hold a Special Meeting on Monday, October 21, 2024 at
6:00 PM at 5405 Cemetery Road, Martinsburg to discuss the application of
St. Lawrence Seaway RSA Cellular Partnership for a Special Use Permit to
place a public utility/personal wireless service facility at 6504 Borkowski Road on tax parcel 226.00-01-30.200.
