NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Please take
notice that the Town of Martinsburg Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a
Public Hearing on September 17, 2024 at 9:30 AM at
5405 Cemetery Road, Martinsburg, NY to consider the application of St.
Lawrence Seaway RSA Cellular Partnership for a Land Use Permit/Special Use
Permit.
The applicant is
appealing the decision of the zoning enforcement officer denying a permit
to place a public utility/personal wireless service facility at 6504 Borokowski Road, tax parcel 226.00-01-30.200, per
Section 240-66(c) of the Town of Martinsburg Development Law – height
requirement. Persons wishing to appear at such hearing may do so in person
or by attorney or other representative. Written comments will also be
entertained. Anyone requiring special accommodations
to participate in the hearing should notify the town clerk at least three
business days prior to the hearing.
