NOTICE OF PUBLIC
HEARING
Please take
notice that the Town of Martinsburg Planning Board will hold a Public
Hearing on October 02, 2024 at 7:10 PM at 5405
Cemetery Road, Martinsburg, NY to hear comments on the application of St.
Lawrence Seaway RSA Cellular Partnership for a Special Use Permit to place
a public utility/personal wireless service facility at 6504 Borkowski Road
on tax parcel 226.00-01-30.200. Persons wishing to appear at such hearing
may do so in person or by attorney or other representative. Written
comments will also be entertained. Anyone requiring special accommodations to participate in the hearing should
notify the town clerk at least three business days prior to the hearing.
