Lowville, NY – [September 6,
2024] – THRIVE Wellness and Recovery, Inc., a leading provider of mental
health and substance use services, is pleased to announce the relocation of
its New York State Office of Addiction Services and Supports (OASAS)

and substance use services across the lifespan at this location including
screenings, assessments, individual, group and family counseling, care
management, peer services, vocational services, medication prescribing and
management, harm reduction services, referrals, and coordination of care.
We do not anticipate any interruption in patient care during the transition
and all patients have been notified accordingly.
This strategic
move, effective September 16, 2024, is part of our ongoing commitment to
improve access to care, enhance patient services, and increase operational
efficiencies while addressing the growing need for mental health and
substance use support within Lewis County. The integration of our clinics
into a centralized location enables us to provide a higher standard of
care, accommodate more patients, and reduce wait times, ultimately
improving patient satisfaction and outcomes. Furthermore, it will allow our
dedicated staff to deliver care more efficiently, streamlining operations,
reducing administrative burdens, and allowing us to focus more on
person-centered care.
We are committed
to making this transition as smooth as possible for our patients and staff.
Our team will be available to assist with any questions or concerns during
this period. We believe that this move will significantly benefit the
community by providing better access to high-quality mental health and
substance use services. Thank you for your continued support.
