LEWIS COUNTY HUMANE SOCIETY PET OF THE WEEK

New pet featured each Wednesday!

SEPTEMBER 04, 2024: SWEETIE/RICHARD/MARRIS

A group of cats lying on a shelf

Description automatically generated"We are three very bonded kitties and the answer to our prayer would be to have a forever home together. From left to right we are Sweetie, female tortie; Richard, male black with stub tail; and Marris. female gray. We are all 3 years old and sadly had to come to the shelter when our owner went on Hospice and could no longer care for us. That was 487 days ago and because we are timid we tend to get overlooked. We are playful and always kind to our roommates who come and go. We think we'd make a wonderful addition to someone's home...We would love to meet the right family for us."

Check out pictures of all the cats, kittens, dogs and puppies at the shelter ready for adoption on our new Facebook page Lewis County Humane Society NY 501c3. Application forms and information can be found at lewiscountyhumanesociety.org/adopt

The Lewis County Humane Society,  6388 Pine Grove Road, Glenfield, is open 2-6 pm Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday and on Saturday from 11am to 4pm. Reach us by phone at 315-376-8349 or on our new Facebook page at Lewis County Humane Society NY 501c3. Donations can be mailed to: LCHS, PO Box 682, Lowville, NY 13367.
