NOTICE:
PLEASE TAKE
NOTICE that the Town of Denmark Zoning Board of Appeals shall
conduct a meeting on Monday, September 30, 2024 at 6:00pm at the Town Offices, 3707
Roberts Road, Carthage, New York to consider and review ZBA
Application 4 of 2024 submitted by Tarpon Towers III, LLC & St.
Lawrence Seaway RSA Cellular Partnership for the installation of one (1)
public utility / personal wireless service facility including a tower 180
feet in height with an additional 4 foot lightning rod at the top to be
located on tax parcel 127.00-01-15.110 located near the Merz Road in the
Town of Denmark.
The applications is available for public review in the Town Clerk’s
Office during regular business hours, Monday – Thursday 9:30am – 4:00pm.
Any persons
requiring special accommodation to participate in such meeting,
should contact the Town Clerk at least three (3) business
days prior to the meeting.
