Sandbags Available Today at Lowville DPW Building
Ahead of Potential Flood Risk for Friday

UPDATE (2:30 PM):
Sandbags will be available at the Lowville DPW location at 7514 E. State
Street until 9 PM. The sandbags are empty and sand is available on site for
residents to fill and take what they need at no charge, according to DPW
Superintendent Paul Denise. There are a limited number of pre-filled
sandbags still availabe for those unable to fill their own.
