Appoints Paul D. Keller as Associate Vice President of Enrollment Services
Jefferson Community College (JCC) is
pleased to announce the appointment of Paul D. Keller to the position of
Associate Vice President (AVP) of Enrollment Services. His appointment as
AVP of Enrollment Services took effect on July 15, 2024.
Keller, formerly
of Pittsford, NY, comes to Jefferson with 26 years of experience in
education leadership including roles in student affairs and enrollment
management, among others. He hails from the Rochester Institute of
Technology (RIT), where he served as Director of International Enrollment
and Interim Director of Graduate Enrollment. At RIT, Keller provided
leadership and direction to a team of 20 members responsible for enrolling
graduate students in over 100 graduate programs. He served on a leadership
team for the Enrollment Management Division, led efforts to roll out new
departments, improved application review processes, and built agreements
with more than 50 student recruitment consultants. These initiatives
resulted in a new pool of over 200 international student enrollments per
year. Prior to his tenure at RIT, Keller spent over a decade at Wayland
Academy, serving first as Dean of Students, then as Dean of Enrollment and
Financial Aid, and finally Assistant Head of School. Additionally, Keller
is a board member of Marvelwood School, a college
preparatory private boarding school located in Kent, CT.
Keller possesses
a diverse skill set, including teaching economics, statistics, and
mathematics, as well as expertise in student recruitment, strategic
planning and implementation, and marketing. Beyond academics, Keller has
coached baseball and basketball.
As AVP of
Enrollment Services at Jefferson, Keller will oversee admissions, financial
services, student records, workforce solutions, and the public information
office as well as the EDGE concurrent enrollment program.
Keller holds a
Bachelor of Science in Marketing and Economics from the New York University
Stern School of Business and a Master’s in Education
in School Leadership from Columbia University.
