County Encourages Residents to Report Damage from Last Week’s Flooding Through Online Lewis County Damage Assessment Tool

By: Press Release from Lewis County

LEWIS COUNTY DAMAGE ASSESSMENT TOOL

LOWVILLE, NY- With the recent floods, we need the help of all Lewis County residents who suffered any damage. The Division of Homeland Security & Emergency Services has provided a survey for residents to complete on their own. The survey will help collect the number of houses damaged as well as the percentage of damage in each home. If the county falls under a particular threshold for damage, it will allow us to apply for potential aid. Please note that this is not an application for assistance!

Please utilize the following link to complete the survey. If you were severely impacted and choose the “severe or major” category for damage level, you will be required to submit photos so be prepared to provide them.
