with Total Precipitation Slightly Above Average

Lowville saw temperatures well above normal during March with precipitation
levels slightly above average, according to weather data compiled from the Northeast Regional Climate Center
(dating back to 1893).

for March in Lowville of 28.0 degrees. In terms of ranking, it was the 9th warmest
