Sheriff’s Office Issues No Unnecessary Travel
Advisory for Lewis County

UPDATE (02/29/24 at 12:15 p.m.): The Lewis County Sheriffs Office has
cancelled the earlier issued travel advisory for all of Lewis County.
Please keep in mind that many utilities are still out working to restore
services throughout the county.
UPDATE (02/29/24 at 05:00 a.m.): The Lewis County Sheriff’s Office has
downgraded to a travel advisory for all Lewis County untl further notice
due to high winds and downed trees. Please use caution and allow extra time
to reach your destinations.
