Lowville Sees Below Average Temperatures and Precipitation During November

Lowville, NY- Overall, Lowville saw temperatures below average with precipitation just short of normal levels last month, according to weather data compiled from the Northeast Regional Climate Center (dating back to 1893).

 

November finished with a mean average temperature (cumulative highs and lows) of 34.3 degrees in Lowville, a full 1.4 degrees below the normal mean average temperature for November in Lowville of 35.7 degrees. In terms of ranking, it was the 43rd coldest November on record. The warmest November on record for Lowville occurred in 1931, when the mean average temperature for the month was 44.1 degrees. The coldest November occurred in 1933, when the mean average temperature was 27.4 degrees for the month. The highest temperature of the month last month reached 61 degrees on November 18th. The lowest temperature recorded last month was 14 degrees on November 29.
