Lowville Sees Below Average Temperatures and
Precipitation During November

Lowville, NY- Overall,
Lowville saw temperatures below average with precipitation just short of
normal levels last month, according to weather data compiled from the Northeast
Regional Climate Center (dating back to 1893).
November finished
with a mean average temperature (cumulative highs and lows) of 34.3 degrees
in Lowville, a full 1.4 degrees below the normal mean average temperature
for November in Lowville of 35.7 degrees. In terms of ranking, it was the 43rd
