THIRD ANNUAL CROGHAN VILLAGE CHRISTMAS CELEBRATION TO
RETURN SATURDAY, NOVEMBER 25TH
CROGHAN, NY – The
planning committee is thrilled to announce the return of its highly
anticipated third annual Maple & Mistletoe Celebration,
dedicated to promoting and supporting local small businesses in the
village. On Saturday, November 25th, 2023, the village will
transform into a winter wonderland, providing a delightful array of festive
activities for all ages.
The highlight of
the event will be the holiday parade, featuring local floats, live music,
and a special appearance by Santa Claus himself, spreading cheer and
merriment throughout the village. The parade will roll from the Croghan Recreatioal Park through Main Street Croghan, at noon
that day. Families and children will also enjoy a delightful petting zoo,
complete with a variety of friendly farm animals to pet and feed.
For those seeking
unique holiday gifts and crafts, the event will host a vibrant village wide
craft fair, with several locations throughout the Main Street, showcasing
the talent and creativity of local artisans and craftspeople. Attendees can
look forward to a diverse selection of handmade goods, perfect for
spreading the joy of the season with one-of-a-kind presents.
Moreover,
attendees will have the opportunity to savor the flavors of the season with
a delectable array of local food vendors offering a variety of
mouthwatering treats and seasonal delights. From hot cocoa and warm cider
to freshly baked goods and savory dishes, there will be something to
delight every palate.

providing a platform for our local businesses to showcase their offerings

The third annual
Village Christmas Celebration is set to take place on the Small Business
Saturday, November 25th, 2023, from 10 am until 2 pm. Admission
is free, and all members of the North Country are invited to come together
and create unforgettable memories during this joyous occasion.
