The festival kicks off Friday, November 17 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. and runs Fridays and Saturdays through December 2.  The event is located at the Historical Society, 7552 South State Street in Lowville.

The highlights of this year's festival include a silent auction of more than 30 Christmas trees and wreaths. Each one is sponsored or decorated by a volunteer, community member, or local business.  There are a large number of raffle items on display ready to take home with a winning ticket.

On Thursday November 30, there will be a holiday concert performed by the Adirondack Community Chorus beginning at 7 p.m. in the Blue Room at the Historical Society.

On Friday December 1 from 6 p.m. - 8 p.m. Santa will be on hand to visit with children of all ages.

Festival goers are encouraged to vote for their favorite homemade Gingerbread House.

Admission is free.

All proceeds from the silent auction and raffle items will help support the Lewis County Historical Society's many educational and community programs.
