WATSON- Sally Mae
Spencer, 84, formerly of Number Four Road, Town of Watson, passed away on
Tuesday October 17, 2023 at Lewis County
Residential Health Care Facility, Lowville.
Per Sally’s
wishes, there will be no calling hours or funeral services. Arrangements are with Iseneker
Funeral Home, Inc., Lowville.
She is survived
by five children, Carrie Keefer of Croghan, Raymond Jr. and Christine
Spencer of Lowville, Tammy Spencer of Croghan, Tim Spencer of Lowville, Kim
and Hubert Click Jr. of Lowville; 12 grandchildren, two step-grandchildren,
15 great-grandchildren; her siblings, Shirley Jaynes of Rome, Robert and
Sandy Bacon of Lowville, Nancy and Charles Harris of Connecticut, Ronald
and Nathy Bacon of Lowville, Sharon Bacon of
Lowville, Larry Bacon of Lowville,
Laura and Russ Hutchins of Lyons Falls, Sherry and Gary Genito of
Belfort; several nieces, nephews and cousins. She is predeceased by her husband, Raymond
W. Spencer, who passed on December 21, 2010; a brother, Gerald Bacon, a great-granddaughter and
many extended family members.
Sally was born on
May 25, 1939 in Lowville, NY, a daughter of the
late Maturon Ledro and
Evelyn Mae Bradish Bacon. She
attended Lowville Academy. On
October 22, 1962, she married Raymond W. Spencer at Lowville United
Methodist Church. She was a
homemaker and raised her family. Sally enjoyed her plants and flowers, and collecting knick–knacks; watching and feeding the birds, and she loved to
shop. Most of all, she enjoyed
spending time with her family.
On behalf of

the Lewis County Residential Health Care Facility for their compassion and
support of Sally for the past six years. Your kindness and love did not go
unnoticed.
