Race
 The Lewis County Hospital Foundation’s annual
5K Run/Walk fundraising event, The Great Pumpkin Race
is scheduled for Saturday, October 21st at the Lewis County Fairgrounds. Registration begins at 8:15 am at the LeRoy
Nichols Building. The 5K Run/Walk will begin at 9:00 am. This year we are again pleased to offer a
virtual 5K Run/Walk option that opens on September 21st
and closes on October
21st.
A long sleeve
t-shirt will be guaranteed to all participants registered by October 6th. Shirts will be mailed to all virtual 5K Run/Walk
participants. Optional race day
medals are available to purchase on-line for $5.00 and a limited amount
will be available to purchase on the day of the race.
Costumes are
encouraged and prizes will be awarded for the funniest, scariest, most creative and best group.
All in-person race participants will be entered to win great door prizes
and refreshments will be provided after the race.
You may
pre-register on-line until October 6th for $35 to be guaranteed
a shirt. The registration fee for
participants who register on the day of the race will be $40 and
participants are not guaranteed a t-shirt.
