Obituary: Catherine G. Snyder, 48, Croghan

Catherine Grace Snyder

 

CROGHAN- Catherine Grace Snyder, 48, of Bush Road, passed away suddenly on Friday, August 4, 2023 at Samaritan Medical Center, Watertown.

 

A memorial service will be held privately at the convenience of the family.  There will be no calling hours.  In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Lowville Food Pantry, 5502 Trinity Ave., Lowville, NY 13367.  Arrangements are with Iseneker Funeral Home, Inc., 5702 Waters Road, Lowville, NY 13367.

 

She is survived by her companion Joe Edick; her children,  Zachary and Emmalee;  her mother,  Cathy Villeneuve;  two sisters, Karen Villeneuve and Heather Brouty; two brothers and two sisters-in-law, Scott and  Candy Villeneuve,  Brian and Kate Villeneuve; many nieces, nephews and cousins.  She is predeceased by her father, Donald Villeneuve; and a sister, Ginger Villeneuve.

 

Catherine was born on August 26, 1974 in St. Petersburg, FL, a daughter of the late Donald Villeneuve and Cathy Devaul Villeneuve and graduated from Lowville Academy and Central School.  She was married to Fred Snyder, and he latter passed away.  Catherine worked for many years at Mr. Subs in Lowville, until becoming a stay at home mother.

 

She enjoyed her children the most and spending time with them.
