Lewis County Highway Department
Lowville NY— 7/31/23 — Today the Lewis
County Highway Department announced the start of bridge and Culvert work on
West Road from route 26 to Main Street Turin.
Starting today the
county contractors will start replacing a structure near Snow Ridge and
then a structure near Main Street in Turin. During this period the road
will be restricted to local traffic only. We urge
everyone to plan accordingly.
We anticipate the
work will be completed by the end of October.
