Two Arrested following a Investigation at the Lowville Police Department

PRESS RELEASE

 

On June 28, 2023, the New York State Police arrested two members of the Lowville Police Department following an investigation:

 

  • Chief Randy L. Roggie, age 59 for (1) count of Official Misconduct, a class “A” misdemeanor. 

 

  • Sergeant Philip K. Turck, age 47 for (1) count of Falsifying Business Records, (E-felony), (1) count of Official Misconduct (A-misdemeanor), and (3) counts of Petit Larceny (A-misdemeanor)

 

Roggie and Turck were processed and issued appearance tickets and are scheduled to appear in the Town of Lowville Court on July 6, 2023, at 4:00 pm.

 

Any further questions regarding this investigation are to be directed to the Special Prosecutors Office at the Onondaga County District Attorney’s Office.
