Hearing May 3 on Proposed New Dollar General Store Location

NOTICE:
Take notice that
a public hearing will be held by the Martinsburg Planning Board at 7:15 PM
on May 3, 2023 at the Martinsburg Town Offices,
5405 Cemetery Road for the purpose of receiving public comment on the
Application for Special Use Permit Review on Tax Parcel Number
259.00-03-21.111, St Rt 26, Glenfield. The application is for the proposed
construction of a 10,760 square foot retail store (Dollar General) with
access drive, parking lot, site lighting. Review of this application will
be in accordance with the Town of Martinsburg Development Code. Any persons
wishing to be heard on this issue should be present at the time and place
mentioned or have submitted written comments in advance. Any persons
requiring special accommodations to attend and participate in the public
hearing should notify the Town Clerk at least (5) business days prior to
