Village of Port Leyden Seeking Bids for Demolition of
Field Day Buildings

NOTICE FOR BIDS
Village of Port Leyden invites the
submission of bids for the demolition of the Field Day Buildings located at
3387 Douglas Street, Port Leyden, NY 13433 as follows:
General Scope of Work:
The Work of the
Project consists of demolition and removal of existing structures. Proof of
insurance will be required.
Bids will be
accepted through March 17, 2023. All mailed bids must have a
valid US postmark on or before this date.
Bids can be
mailed to:

P.O. Box 582
Port Leyden, NY 13433
or placed in the drop
box located outside of the Clerk’s Office at 3387 Douglas Street, Port
Leyden, NY 13433.
The bid opening will
be at the monthly Board of Trustees meeting on Monday, March 20, 2023 at 6:00pm at the Town of Leyden Justice Building
located on Mechanic Street, Port Leyden, NY.
Bidders will be
notified 10 days after bid opening of selection.
It is strongly
recommended that all bidders visit the site and thoroughly familiarize
themselves with the conditions of the work.

The Village
reserves the right to reject any and all bids, and
to waive any informalities in the bidding.
No bid shall be
withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days subsequent to
the opening of bids without the consent of the Village.
