Notice is hereby given
that the Town of Watson Zoning Board of Appeals, Lewis County, will hold a
Public Hearing as required by the Town of Watson Zoning Law. The
hearing will be held to hear all interested parties and regarding the
following application numbered as 050823-ZBA-001: Kristopher Schonagel, Parcel ID: 119.00-04-03.000, otherwise known
as 10275 Soft Maple Reservoir Loop, Croghan; Regarding the Notice of
Violation/Compliance Order due to the unlawful construction of an addition
to an existing seasonal residence by previous owner. New owner is seeking variance. A copy of the
application is available for viewing at the Town of Watson Town
Clerk's office during regular business hours. Said hearings will
be at 6:30pm on Monday, May 8th, 2023 at the Town
of Watson's Town Offices, 6971 Number Four Road, Lowville.
