...WINTER STORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 8 AM
EDT WEDNESDAY...
* WHAT...Heavy
snow. Additional snow accumulations of 6 to 12 inches, greatest on the Tug
Hill Plateau. Winds gusting as high as 35 mph will produce some blowing and
drifting snow in open areas.
* WHERE...Lewis county. Greatest accumulations across the Tug Hill
Plateau.
* WHEN...Until 8
AM EDT Wednesday. Heaviest snow will be this morning.

IMPACTS...Travel will be very difficult with deep snow cover on roads and
poor visibility. The hazardous conditions will impact the morning and
evening commute today.
