* WHAT...Heavy mixed
precipitation expected. Total snow accumulations of 7 to 11 inches and ice
accumulations of around one tenth of an inch. Winds gusting as high as 40
mph.
* WHERE...Jefferson and
Lewis counties. Greatest snow accumulations across northern portions of
Lewis and Jefferson
counties.
* WHEN...Until 6 PM EST
Thursday.
* IMPACTS...Travel could be
very difficult. The hazardous conditions could impact the morning or
evening commute.
