NOTICE:
The Martinsburg
Planning Board Public Hearing scheduled for March 1, 2023
at 7:00 PM for the Special Use Permit for the construction of a Dollar
General Retail Store on NYS Rt 12 in the Town of Martinsburg has been
cancelled. The developers have withdrawn their application. The Planning
Board will still hold their regular monthly meeting at 7:00 PM.
