Town of New Bremen Seeking Bids for Renovation Work
at Municipal Building

PUBLIC NOTICE:
REQUEST FOR
PROPOSALS
The Town of New
Bremen is accepting bids/proposals for renovation work to be completed on
the Town Municipal Building. Qualified and insured contractors
are invited to submit proposals for the work described in the Scope of
Work. The project will consist of insulation, doors and windows,
and concrete floor repair. A project Scope of Work may be picked
up at the Town Clerk’s office during normal business hours or town website
at townofnewbremen.weebly.com. There
will be a project walk-through presentation on Friday November 18, 2022 at 3:00 PM. Sealed bids/proposals will
be due to the Town Office by December 9, 2022 by
4:00 PM. Please write “sealed proposal for municipal building
upgrades” on the outside of the envelope. Contract
will be awarded on December 12, 2022 with work to
commence as soon as possible with an expected completion date of October
