Hearing
PLEASE TAKE
NOTICE that the Town of Denmark Town Board will hold a Public
Hearing on October 17, 2022 at the Town of Denmark
Town Hall, 3707 Roberts Road, Carthage, New York at 6:00 p.m. during the
Town Boards regular monthly meeting.
The Public Hearing is to hear comments from the public concerning
proposed Local Law No. 1 of 2022, entitled, “A Local Law to Override the
Tax Levy Limit for Fiscal Year 2023” pursuant to N. Y. General Municipal
Law §3-c.
Complete copies
of the proposed local law are available at the Town of Denmark Town Clerk’s
Office during regular office hours Monday – Thursday 9:30 – 4:00pm.
All interested
persons and citizens shall have an opportunity to be heard on said proposed
local law at the date, time and place aforesaid.
