PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE

VILLAGE OF LOWVILLE

 

 

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that the Village Board of the Village of Lowville shall conduct a public hearing on Wednesday, July 20, 2022, at 4:00 p.m. at the Village Offices located at 5535 Bostwick Street, Lowville, New York, to consider a local law to establish no left hand turns at the intersection of Davenport Place and State Street from 7:30 am to 9:00 am and from 2:30 pm to 4:00 pm on any day that school is in session. Right hand turns shall only be allowed during these stated times. A full copy of the local law is available for inspection at the Village Office during normal business hours.  All persons wishing to be heard on this matter should be present at the place, time and date aforestated or have submitted written comments in advance.  Any persons requiring special accommodations to attend or participate in such hearings should notify the Village Clerk three (3) business days prior to the meeting.
