Covid-19 Drive-up Testing Program to End on July 1, 2022
Lowville, New York – The free Lewis County COVID-19 community testing program through Bioreference located at Lewis County Health System (LCHS)
will close on Friday, July 1, 2022.
Patients needing testing for COVID-related symptoms should contact and
schedule an appointment with their physician to order testing at Lewis
County General Hospital.
If you are having a surgical procedure at Lewis County Health System,
your physician will provide instructions for testing before your procedure
or surgery.
Patients requiring a COVID test for preoperative screening outside of
LCHS should contact their surgeon to arrange for testing or call their primary
care physician or provider to inquire about an order for COVID testing.
Community members can also access COVID-19 testing by appointment at
their local pharmacy. For more
