Public Hearing on Proposed Local Law to Move Date of Assessment Grievance

LEGAL NOTICE
NOTICE IS HEREBY
GIVEN that a special meeting for a public hearing will be held by the Town
Board of the Town of West Turin, Lewis County, New York on Wednesday, May
18, 2022 at 7:00 PM at the Town of West Turin
Municipal Building, 6462 James St, Constableville,
New York, for the purpose of considering a proposed local law entitled “A
Local Law to Move Grievance Day to the Tuesday Following the Fourth Tuesday
in May.” This local law as proposed
would establish that commencing with the year 2022; Grievance Day will be
moved to the Tuesday following the Fourth Tuesday in May for the
presentation and hearing of complaints to the Town Board of Assessment
Review in the Town of West Turin.
