* WHAT...Heavy
snow. Total snow accumulations of 7 to 13 inches.
Winds gusting as high as 35 mph.
* WHERE...Lewis county. Greatest accumulations will be across
the higher terrain.
* WHEN...Until 5
PM EDT Tuesday.

IMPACTS...Travel could become very difficult. The hazardous
conditions could impact the Tuesday
morning and evening
commutes. The heavy wet snow could also
bring down some tree
limbs and cause scattered power outages.
* ADDITIONAL
DETAILS...Snowfall rates of one to two inches an
hour will be possible.
