WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM 1 AM THURSDAY TO
1 PM EST
FRIDAY...
* WHAT...Heavy
snow expected. Total snow accumulations of 7 to
13 inches. Greatest accumulations
expected Thursday and
Thursday Night.
* WHERE...Wayne,
Northern Cayuga, Oswego, Jefferson, Lewis, and
Ontario counties.
* WHEN...From 1
AM Thursday to 1 PM EST Friday.

IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult. The hazardous
conditions could impact the morning or
evening commute.
* ADDITIONAL
DETAILS...Rain will transition to wet snow between 9
pm this evening and 1 am Thursday morning
first over higher
terrain with accumulations generally 2
inches or less by the
Thursday morning commute. Snow will
continue Thursday with 2 to
4 inches of accumulation by sunset. Snow
continues Thursday
night with additional 3 to 7 inches.
Additional minor
accumulations are possible Friday.
