Wednesday, February 23, 2022, the Lowville Ice Rink at the Lewis County
Fairgrounds will be open from 4 PM - 7 PM. The delayed opening time is due
to the warm temperatures affecting the ice condition, with conditions
expected to improve by later this afternoon.
