blowing snow expected. Total snow accumulations of up
to 2 inches. Northwest winds gusting as
high as 40 mph will
create considerable blowing and drifting
snow.

WHERE...Northern Cayuga, Oswego, Jefferson, and Lewis counties.
* WHEN...From 1
AM to 10 AM EST Tuesday.
* IMPACTS...Plan
on slippery road conditions. Areas of blowing
snow could significantly reduce
visibility to a quarter of a
mile or less including across open
country roads. The hazardous
conditions could impact the morning commute.
