Lowville Couple Welcomed Baby Girl on January 3rd
CARTHAGE, NY — Carthage Area
Hospital welcomed their first baby of 2022 on January 3rd. Loretta Rae Ryan
arrived at 8:18 a.m., weighing 6 lbs. 5.2 oz. and measuring 19 inches long,
to parents Victoria & Patrick Ryan.
The Lowville
family received a gift basket from the Carthage Area Chamber of Commerce
with several items donated by local businesses. This is the third child for
the Ryan family.
