Port Leyden, NY- The New York State Police report that a Port Leyden man was arrested just after 7:30 last evening. Charles A. Nagy, 29, was charged with one count of fourth-degree Criminal Mischief, a class "A" misdemeanor under NYS PL section 145.00. The charge stems from an incident reported on the evening of December 14, 2015. He was issued a ticket to appear in Port Leyden court at a later date. No further details were immediately available from State Police at this time. |
