Town of Martinsburg- The New York State Police arrested a Lyons Falls woman on Friday afternoon, at the barracks in Lowville, in regards to an incident reported earlier on Friday morning. Nicole Liscum, 31, was charged with one count of Petit Larceny, a class "A" misdemeanor under NYS PL section 155.25, and one count of second-degree Falsifying Business Records- Making a False Entry, a class "A" misdemeanor under NYS PL section 175.05. She was issued appearance tickets to the Town of Martinsburg court for a later date. The incident is still pending further investigation, and troopers have not released any additional information at this time. |
